Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer orders, quotations, and inquiries by phone and email. This role focuses on delivering responsive, accurate service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in SAP Business One.
  • Manage customer portfolios and maintain account records.
  • Follow up on open quotes and pending orders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a distribution or supply environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliable, responsive, and professional in all customer interactions.
