As an Administrator – PC, you will provide primary administrative support to Production Control and calendar/travel coordination to our Quality Control department.

  • The expected starting salary for this position is $60,300 - $75,400 per year with a bonus target of 6% (+/- depending on company and personal performance). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and an internal equity review.

Role Overview

As an Administrator - PC, you will be providing primary support for the Production Control Department, and calendar management/travel support for Quality Control Department. In this role, you will prepare reports and presentations for management, coordinate travel and company events, manage office supplies and assets, handle purchase requisitions, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage office supplies & fixed assets
  • Develop reports and presentation materials for all levels of management
  • Manage multiple budgets and track spending
  • Support event coordination and visitors as required
  • Source quotes, create purchase requisitions and complete goods receipts through various programs
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Maintain standard work charts, organizational charts, and various tracking documents
  • Develop and lead Team Member engagement activities
  • Create travel arrangements and submit expense reports
  • Support Quality Control (QC) with calendar management and travel support
  • Ad hoc administrative support as needed

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant field of study, or combined comparable education and experience required.
  • Minimum of new graduate to 2 years of experience required, ideally in Office Administration, Business
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and across all levels of the organization, networking focused
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, effective decision making, analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and adaptable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Knowledge of SAP software, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Proactive approach to tasks with the ability to anticipate the needs of management
  • Displays excellence in fast-paced environments, consistently upholding a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
