Role Overview

We're seeking a Product Design Associate to help shape the next generation of Fiberbuilt Golf's modular golf hitting mats, combo mats, and tee lines. This role blends industrial design, technical refinement, and user-centered thinking to deliver golf practice environments that perform flawlessly and look exceptional.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design custom hitting mats, combo mats, tee lines and putting greens

  • Create detailed CAD drawings, renderings, technical documentation, and customer facing instruction kits

  • Support iterative design processes through 3D modelling using existing components and creating new ones

  • Conduct competitive and user research to inform design decisions and product positioning

  • Assist in packaging design, visual merchandising, and marketing asset creation

  • Maintain organized design files and contribute to product lifecycle documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in product design (golf, sports, or modular systems a plus)

  • Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360) and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and golf practice environments

  • Passion for golf and golf practice

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
