Overview

We are seeking friendly and efficient Crew members to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality food service to our customers by preparing delicious sandwiches/ bowls/ wraps and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of sandwiches, bowls and wraps according to company recipes and customer specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items when appropriate
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall restaurant operations

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation and food service environments
  • Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining quality standards
  • Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Upselling skills to enhance customer experience and increase sales
