**THE GIG - WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll set the kitchen up for success behind the scenes.

Prepare and portion ingredients to perfection

️ Support food quality and freshness

Maintain clean and organized prep areas and fridges
- Keep food costs and standards on point

Help the team keep things fast, fresh, and delicious

**YOU GOTTA BE**:
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented

✔️ Food safety and cleanliness focused

✔️ Available mornings and afternoons during weekdays. And at least one day/weekend.
