We’re looking for **dedicated, team-oriented individuals** to join our growing team as a **Crew Member & Prep Cook**. This hybrid role combines food preparation and customer service responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations**:

- Assist with daily food prep, including light butchery, sauce preparation, and side dish assembly.
- Operate fryers and follow proper cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor and change fryer oil as needed to maintain food quality.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries to ensure freshness and stock accuracy.

**Customer Service & Front-of-House Duties**:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for dine-in and takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong time management, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- **Attitude**: Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
