Role: BSA CIAM

Work Model : Hybrid (2 – 4 days to office)

Location : Toronto, Canada-Hybrid

Long term Contract

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong understanding of core concepts, frameworks, and tools.
2. Expertise in documenting and analyzing business and technical requirements.
3. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
5. Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO),SAML,OIDC.
6. Knowledge of security standards.
7. Ability to work with APIs and understand RESTful services.
8. Basic understanding of application architecture and integration patterns.
9. Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and security teams.
10. Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions.
11. Ability to identify gaps in current solutions and propose improvements.
12. Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Oauth.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their identity services.
3. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how CIAM integrates with DevOps workflows.
4. Awareness of user-centric design principles to enhance customer onboarding and authentication flows.
5. Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and adaptive authentication.
6. Familiarity with fraud detection and risk-based authentication.
7. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation or integration tasks.
8. Ability to analyze user behavior and CIAM metrics to improve system performance.
9. Understanding of CIAM use cases in specific industries
10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, or certifications from CIAM tool vendors.
