We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of identity and access management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements for identity and access management solutions. Design and implement CIAM solutions to enhance customer identity and access management. Integrate and manage authentication and authorization using PING. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the integration of CIAM solutions with existing systems and applications. Conduct testing and validation of CIAM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IAM Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation Good To HaveProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in CIAM Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams. Strong communication and documentation skills.
