AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT,you'll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients utilizing standards of care. You will also be responsible for providing clerical support and maintaining a smooth flow of communication throughout the nursing unit.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months to one year of prior office experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Chronic Care Management certification obtained within one year of hire
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Prior Certified Nurse Aide, Emergency Medical Technician, or Nurse Aide training/experience preferred
