Responsibilities:
To coordinate a team of specialist commissioning engineersEnsure that the Commissioning activities progress safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the Parties.Overall quality of the commissioning activity definition. planning and executionRespect of the project targets for commissioningCoordinating all the commissioning activities, meeting the planned targetsDevelopment of commissioning plan and proceduresCoordinating the commissioning teamCoordinate contractors and vendors representativesEnsure that all contractor representatives are competent and fully knowledgeable of the HSE proceduresEndorsing official documents. work progress certificates. hand over certificates etc.Providing operations start up support and assistance.Requirements:
