What You'll Do Lead and oversee process design, feasibility studies, and optimization. Provide expert input in metallurgy, operations, and commissioning. Support business development and client relationships. Ensure safety, quality, and project performance standards are met. What You Bring Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 15+ years’ experience in process engineering or operations within mining. Strong background in gold and copper; lithium/cobalt a plus.
