As the Automotive Sales market expands, Erin Dodge Chrysler is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

We are committed to growing our business and have a great team of managers and sales reps to welcome you to the team. Erin Dodge provides all the resources you will need to succeed in this role. We have a vast inventory of new and used vehicles. If you are an individual who is determined and has a passion for sales, Erin Dodge is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs and offering product recommendations
  • Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet sales targets
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, financing options, and promotional programs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Automotive experience
  • OMVIC License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
