Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Canada. Based in Thunder Bay, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing technical systems for our valued customers, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer networking systems and hardware.
  • Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on various Canon and Konica equipment.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of Equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in computer networking, hardware, or maintenance roles.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with schematics and low voltage systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Prior experience in a field service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital copiers and fax machines is an asset
  • Canon or Konica Minolta Digital copier training is a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
