As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in both serving our existing clients and expanding our customer base. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in sales. Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building a long-term career in jewellery sales and have the charisma to connect with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen attentively to understand and respond to customers' needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Handle jewellery with utmost care and attention
  • Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and a visually appealing display
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks effectively
  • Embrace constructive feedback from management and apply it for personal growth
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by management
  • Answer the phone professionally and promptly
  • Adhere to workplace procedures and guidelines
  • Show respect to customers and fellow team members
  • Punctually attend scheduled shifts

Preferred Assets:

  • At least 3 months of prior jewellery sales experience
  • Proficiency in changing watch batteries
  • Background in the jewellery industry
  • Laser Engraving Skills or interest
