- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Strong sales experience
- Self-starter with a keen willingness to learn and grow
- Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving abilities, with a creative mindset

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen attentively to understand and respond to customers' needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle jewellery with utmost care and attention
- Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and a visually appealing display
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks effectively
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by management
- Answer the phone professionally and promptly
- Adhere to workplace procedures and guidelines
- Show respect to customers and fellow team members
- Punctually attend scheduled shifts

Preferred Assets:

- At least 3 months of prior jewellery sales experience
- Proficiency in changing watch batteries
- Background in the jewellery industry
- Laser Engraving Skills or interest

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
