Regular Work Hours:
7.25 hours per day not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday work hours per week).

Work Location:
100% onsite at client's downtown Toronto office on PATH and near Union and GO Stations.

Responsibilities Summary:

As part of the ERP/Financial Systems team, will perform coding, scripting, and troubleshooting within the OneStream software platform using , C# and SQL to support business rules, reports, data loads, and integrations.

  • Develop, maintain, and validate integrations between the OneStream application and other systems.
  • Design, implement and validate complex calculations and business rules in OneStream.
  • Design, develop and manage client-facing OneStream data entry forms, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Generate, customize and validate client-facing OneStream reports to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Build and maintain client-facing OneStream cube views for multidimensional analysis and data input.
  • Review and update the OneStream code documentation, including OneStream objects and artifacts.
  • Develop testing scripts to cover technical and business testing scenarios. Perform and document SIT and UAT testing results for the OneStream application, including integrations. Perform data validation.
  • Document requirements from business users, update product backlog to reflect requirements change.
  • Review project documentation, such as application and integration design documents and reference it back to the product backlog.
  • Support with metadata classification documentation for the OneStream application and integrations. Query Databricks using SQL to validate OneStream data outbound interface to the data lake.
  • Develop and manage workflow processes within OneStream, and update, maintain and validate OneStream dimensions to reflect changes in the business structure. Ensure data security and access controls are implemented and maintained effectively.
  • Stay current with OneStream updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Additional OneStream related development, documentation, testing, validation and implementation responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Education:
Undergraduate student currently studying Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Eligible for an internship.

Preferred Work Experience:
Approximately 1+ years of intensive experience working with OneStream Platform, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Technical and Language Skills Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and troubleshooting OneStream integrations, calculations, web forms, reports, cube views, performance and security settings (may be tested).
  • Hands-on experience developing in C# (may be tested).
  • Experience with VB.Net scripting and SQL (may be tested).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including satisfactory business and technical writing skills, and verbal presentation skills suitable for a diverse range of audiences.

  • Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information and exercise good judgement in the interpretation and application of instructions and organization policy.
  • Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, providing satisfactory documentation upon request.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite, abiding by organization health and safety policies.
  • Ability to promptly provide minimum of 2 qualified employment references upon request who are available to speak with either Marberg or Marberg's client.
  • Ability to declare personal Non-Conflict of Interest in execution of assignment responsibilities.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Provincial Government security check prior to assignment start.
  • Provision of certification of AODA and OHSA online training course completion prior to assignment start.
  • Additional satisfactory Background Checks, Technical Skills Evaluations, and Employment References as required.
