Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer parts inquiries (by phone or in person) and provide consistent, high-quality service.
  • Process customer orders, work orders, shipping, and inventory tasks accurately.
  • Support warehouse operations: receive, organize, store, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Help maintain an organized workspace, ensuring the efficient operation of the Parts Department.
  • Create and provide input into marketing displays and/or merchandising projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in automotive parts (luxury automotive knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency (Excel, email; CDK experience is an asset).
  • Ability to handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs) and work well under pressure.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
