Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB for an Inside Parts Advisor. The Inside Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers by providing exemplary customer service, managing parts inventory, facilitating dealer transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating parts orders, offering solutions to customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills focused on ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experience with dealer management and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in inventory control to ensure efficient stock management and availability
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented work to manage parts orders efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is an asset
  • Previous experience in the automotive or equipment industry is considered an asset
