Priority Counter

This position is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule. Hours may very based on business demands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Picking Customers Priority orders with a scanner
- Keeping counter and sales area clean
- Merchandising and showcasing product
- Filing completed paperwork
- Assisting customers when necessary
- Assisting coworkers in picking orders during busy times
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Time management & multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic teammate
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum grade 12 education required
- Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed
- Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
