If so, we would love to meet you We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help create a positive, calm, efficient, and professional work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with office management tools. You learn quickly and have an excellent memory recall. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and multitasking are highly valued.
What You'll Do

- Coordinate and support caregiver scheduling, ensuring smooth coverage
- Maintain electronic filing systems organized and up to date.
- Support with scheduling for clients and staff.
- Assist with new employee on boarding, including preparing documents and orientation materials.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
- Handle clerical tasks including keeping great records of Excel documents, photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing documents.
- Inventory of office supplies are accounted for, stocked and ordered as needed.
You're reliable, friendly, and a great communicator. You are looking for a permanent long term employment. Must like dogs.
Experience
- Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while not being distracted and ability to stay focused.
- Proven customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
