Overview

We're seeking a certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician with at least three years of experience who is a motivated team player. The right candidate will be passionate about patient care and have excellent working knowledge of skin care, including products and ingredients, as well as exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently deliver extraordinary cosmetic treatments, including RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, IPL, Laser hair reduction/removal, and more
• Educate your patients on appropriate skin care products that best suit their needs and answer their questions
• Assist physician with patient consultations and injection procedures
• Recommend and sell treatment packages and products
• Provide extraordinary customer service and show that you truly care about your patients
• Set up and clean up treatment rooms and equipment, as well as take the initiative to ensure the clinic is always looking its best
• Provide reception relief and assist with reception and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Medical Aesthetics Certificate is required
• Laser Technician Certification is required
• Minimum 3 years experience performing RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, IPL, Laser hair reduction/removal and related treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of ZO medical skin care products
• Experience in sales (specifically treatment packages and products)
• Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about medical aesthetics
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) an asset
• Proficiency with CSR software (e.g. Milano, Ava, and/or equivalent) an asset
