Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, skincare treatments, and beauty enhancements in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize a diverse skill set, including skincare, body waxing, makeup application, and nail care, while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The Aesthetician will also assist with retail sales, Front desk duties, Instagram handling, stocking products, cleaning the spa, laundry, keeping environment clean and sanitize and help with business growth.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as Facials, laser hair removal, chemical peels, RF Microneedling, Lash lifts and Tints with attention to sanitation and safety protocols
  • Keeping track of products and making sure inventory stock and ordering
  • Must do content creation
  • Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
  • Conduct retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to promote skincare products and beauty solutions
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and equipment
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, guest check-in/out, and answering client inquiries
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments to enhance their overall experience
  • Support team efforts in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to increase revenue opportunities
  • Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest services management and stock ordering
  • Must have Laser hair removal experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients through attentive service and personalized recommendations
  • Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
