The OpportunityAs a Senior Consultant, you operate primarily as a Project Manager and engagement lead, accountable for end-to-end project delivery across multiple automation and transformation initiatives. You bring structure, foresight, and accountability to every engagement—owning plans, budgets, risks, governance, and client communication. You drive execution excellence by coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing testing and deployment readiness, and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable client outcomes. You are a trusted advisor to both internal and client stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with strategic insight.
Accountabilities- Serve as Project Manager on automation initiatives, owning plans, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
- Play a hybrid BA/PM role when client needs require both strategic analysis and delivery leadership.
- Lead project planning and execution—defining milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating across business and technical teams.
- Establish project governance frameworks, including communication cadence, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Oversee testing and release readiness, ensuring alignment between requirements, solution design, and validation results.
- Lead client-facing steering committees and project status meetings, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Proactively manage client expectations, escalating challenges, and driving resolution to maintain confidence and control.
- Coach and mentor Level 1–2 consultants, fostering consulting and delivery excellence.
- Strategic playbooks and frameworks for automation programs.
- Comprehensive project plans and work breakdown structures with clear accountability and milestones.
- Risk registers, issue logs, and mitigation strategies with proactive tracking and updates.
- Executive-ready project status reports and steering committee decks.
- Client governance models and multi-project oversight structures.
- Backlog planning and prioritization frameworks.
- Executive reports and steering committee updates.
- Drive enterprise-level client success through both strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Strengthen Greenlight's consulting reputation by delivering scalable, structured, and measurable outcomes.
- Support internal maturity by mentoring consultants and building governance models.

- Presence: Establish trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders.
- Domain Expertise: Apply deep understanding of business processes and automation platforms.
- Strategic Advisory: Shape automation roadmaps and governance at the program level.
- Pre-Sales: Contribute thought leadership to proposals and enterprise solution shaping.
You're a structured thinker, confident facilitator, and calm force in fast-moving environments. You've delivered complex automation or digital transformation projects, and you know how to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage the details without losing sight of the big picture.
