Outside Sales Representative

Our product portfolio includes premium cladding panels and façade solutions designed for both exterior and interior applications.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry, with a focus on cladding and façade systems. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the construction and building materials industry.
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and present NUEWAL's product offerings.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand the company's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
