Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in the West Greater Toronto Area, with a dedicated sales territory.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting site visits and sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You'll play a key role in driving growth by understanding client needs, preparing detailed service proposals, and collaborating with our operations team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and site assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and service quotations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (cleaning/janitorial industry experience is an asset but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field.
  • Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
