The Interactive Product Management team leads the strategy for Penn Interactive's digital product portfolio – spanning theScore Bet, theScore Media, and iCasino. This team shapes how millions of users experience our products through personalized engagement, high-performing promotional mechanics, and data-driven lifecycle journeys.

As a Product Manager focused on Martech, you will help build and optimize the systems that power our end-to-end marketing engine. Your work may span promotional experiences, segmentation and lifecycle targeting, performance marketing infrastructure, and paid media activation—shaping the platforms and workflows that enable personalized engagement, efficient acquisition, and scalable growth.

This role operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and directly influences key metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention. Success requires strong technical fluency, systems thinking, and the ability to translate lifecycle and media strategies into scalable product capabilities.

Promotions, segmentation, and paid media effectiveness are core to our growth. The Martech & Promotions team focuses on empowering users and internal marketing teams by delivering reliable data flows, automated workflows, real-time targeting, and frictionless promotional experiences.

About the Work

  • Discover, define, and build Martech capabilities that support a wide range of marketing functions—including promotions, segmentation, attribution, lifecycle engagement, and performance marketing infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the evolution of promotional systems and user engagement experiences, such as qualification logic, reward fulfillment, segmentation workflows, and operational tooling.
  • Develop and enhance core data and targeting pipelines, including identity workflows, audience syncing, and the systems that enable personalized, timely, and compliant marketing.
  • Support foundational performance marketing integrations—such as CAPI frameworks, CRM–ad platform syncing, CDP setup, and real-time event forwarding—to enable efficient acquisition and measurement.
  • Define and report on KPIs that measure the health, accuracy, and effectiveness of marketing pipelines, segmentation logic, and promotional systems.
  • Partner with lifecycle, growth marketing, paid media, analytics, engineering, compliance, and design to deliver scalable solutions aligned to user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform roadmap decisions, identify optimization opportunities, and guide experimentation strategies.
  • Develop go-to-market plans and ensure internal teams can successfully adopt new features, workflows, or capabilities.
  • Drive transparency and accountability through documentation, structured communication, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive dynamics across sportsbooks and best-in-class Martech organizations to inform long-term product strategy.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

Required

  • 3–6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally working on Martech, Growth, AdTech, CRM platforms, personalization systems, segmentation, or distributed backend systems.
  • Experience shipping products requiring close coordination across engineering, data, marketing operations, paid media, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with API design, data models, event taxonomies, pipeline orchestration, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and self-serve analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4, Looker).
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting results to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating regulated environments, privacy constraints, and state-by-state marketing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing, business, and technical needs into actionable direction for teams.

Bonus / Nice to Have

  • Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, or other high-compliance industries.
  • Familiarity with promo engines, reward systems, offer delivery, or incentives workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, CDPs, or MMPs.
  • Experience building or migrating marketing pipelines—including event ingestion, identity stitching, segmentation, or qualification logic.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing integrations such as CAPI frameworks, event deduplication, and multi-channel audience syncing.
  • Experience with real-time personalization systems or ML-driven targeting.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Comprehensive Benefits package.
  • Fun, relaxed work environment.
  • Education and conference reimbursements.
