We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor sales, labor, and performance metrics
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Serving It Right / Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
