Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments (production, sales, logistics, and finance and payroll).

Manage office systems, supplier contracts, and company records.

Coordinate communication between departments and senior management.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and Health and Safety.

Monitor inventory levels for office and production supplies, and liaise with purchasing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.

Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all office processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP or production management software is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
