Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat is looking for a dynamic Accessory Specialist to take the wheel in growing our accessory sales and supporting our high-performing dealership teamAs the Accessory Specialist at Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while keeping our showroom stocked, organized, and buzzing with energy.What You'll Be Doing:
Drive Accessory Sales: Sell, track, and maintain records of all accessory sales — helping customers personalize their vehicles with confidence.
Stock Smart: Recommend accessory stocking levels based on demand and PVDs, ensuring the right products are always on hand.
Collaborate & Build Trust: Attend sales meetings and build rapport with the sales team to maximize accessory opportunities.
Show Off the Goods: Present accessory promotions and benefits that excite both the team and our customers.
Create Showroom Magic: Assist in designing and maintaining engaging, on-brand showroom displays.
Track Incentives: Manage and report on accessory spiffs to keep motivation high and rewards flowing.You'll also step in to support the Parts Department when needed including Saturday rotations (approx. once per month) and holiday/sick day coverage. From selling parts to keeping things running smoothly, you'll be a reliable and valued part of the team.What We're Looking For:
