With a legacy of excellence dating back to 1921, we pride ourselves on enhancing safety, security, and convenience in the places where people live, work, and go.
We are actively seeking experienced Outside Sales Specialists to join our team at our Calgary branch.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Provide job and material estimates (service, re-models, and installations)
- Book orders and install dates
- Verify required materials for orders
- Promote features and accessories as appropriate
- Represent the company to potential and existing residential customers
- Provide product presentations in showroom, on telephone and on site as needed
Requirements:
- Experience and product knowledge relating to the installation, service, and repair of over head door systems
- Able to manage and prioritize several task and objectives at the same time
- Able to handle confrontational or problematic situations with tact, sensitivity, and a calm demeanor
- Have a clean and neat appearance and be able to represent the company in a positive manner
- Able to demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
- Able to communicate, read, and write clearly in English
- Have a valid Alberta driver's license
