We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team of machinists, electricians, and PLC technicians. In this role, you will play a key part in installing, maintaining, and optimizing our manufacturing equipment while supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, align, and level new machinery, including automation systems, air compressors, and nitrogen generation equipment.
  • Maintain and repair CNC production equipment, motors, hand tools, and assembly machinery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
  • 309A Electricians
  • PLC Technicians
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Maintenance Mechanics
  • Construction Crew
  • Perform rigging, welding, and fabrication as needed.
  • Oversee maintenance of 450kW generators and pump houses.
  • Assist in building and optimizing production lines and workstations.
  • Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
