Client Success Coordinator

Coordinator You'll work for a growing, family-owned company that has been
providing Canadians with locally based service for over 100 years. 

The Role: 

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email communication 
  • Troubleshoot an array of security products and services
  • Documentation of work orders, service reports and client interactions 
  • Update client accounts
  • Coordinate service appointments, and manage and maintain service schedules
  • Work closely with other departments to address client inquiries in a timely
    manner 
  • Order, receive, and distribute parts in the warehouse
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate product
    procurement 
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, monitor
    stock levels
  • Fulfill office needs, including cutting/duplicating keys utilizing key
    cutting machines, and building cores
  • Maintain the office environment and perform general office administrative
    duties, including safety inspections and ordering office supplies
  • Other duties as required 

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, CRM
    platforms, and inventory management systems. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with proven ability
    to resolve issues effectively.
  • Interest in technology and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic
    technical issues.
  • Experience with inventory management is considered an asset.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a
    collaborative team player. 

This is a
full-time permanent position with an attractive compensation package including
benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. This is an in-office
role located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
