Your Mission

You will be the essential link between the management of our electric and hybrid vehicle fleet in Toronto and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the Toronto Agency Director and the National Fleet Director based in Montreal, you will oversee all fleet operations while providing high-quality customer support. More than a coordinator, you are an engaged, organized, and solution-oriented professional who can balance technical and relational responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

Fleet Coordination

  • Manage the operational coordination of Toronto's EV and hybrid fleet (300 vehicles), minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance costs.
  • Schedule and coordinate 
    preventive
    maintenance, safety inspections, tire changes, and necessary repairs of Toronto's EV and hybrid fleet (targeting 300 vehicles by September 2026), minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance costs.
  • Diagnose and assess vehicle issues, ensuring timely repairs.
  • Organize vehicle deliveries, pickups, and movements as needed.
  • Coordinate vehicle charging and cleaning with local contractors.
  • Supervise and track customer service requests related to fleet issues in collaboration with the support team.
  • Provide direct customer support for urgent vehicle issues such as accidents, breakdowns, or flat tires
  • Collaborate with repair shops, body shops, and OEM dealers to ensure timely, high-quality service while controlling costs.
  • Support insurance claim follow-ups as needed.

Customer Care and Support

  • Provide multi-channel customer support (in-person, phone, email) to Toronto clients, building trust and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Assist the operations team with vehicle deliveries, returns, and other client concerns as a flexible team member.
  • Train and support the customer support team on fleet-related issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with operations and support teams to implement solutions.

Data Analysis and Administration

  • Use Salesforce software and telematics to analyze vehicle utilization, repair performance, and cost metrics.
  • Generate reports and insights to optimize fleet operations.
  • Process fleet-related invoices in coordination with the office assistant.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Salesforce CRM system.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay informed of local regulations, incentives, and requirements related to electric and hybrid vehicles and rideshare services.
  • Ensure fleet operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including vehicle registration (Service Ontario) and Uber driver requirements in Toronto.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet coordination logistics, or a similar role, preferably in automotive or shared mobility.
  • Proficient with fleet software tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a strong asset).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of dealing with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus but not mandatory.

Votre mission

Vous serez le lien essentiel à Toronto entre la gestion de notre flotte de véhicules électriques et hybrides et la satisfaction de nos clients. Vos responsabilités

1. Coordination de la flotte

  • Superviser la coordination opérationnelle de la flotte EV et hybrides de Toronto (300 véhicules), en veillant à minimiser les temps d'immobilisation et optimiser les coûts de maintenance.
  • Planifier et coordonner les maintenances préventives, inspections de sécurité, changements de pneus et autres interventions nécessaires.
  • Diagnostiquer et évaluer les problèmes mécaniques et assurer la coordination des réparations.
  • Organiser la livraison, la récupération et le déplacement des véhicules selon les besoins.
  • Coordonner les chargements et nettoyages des véhicules en partenariat avec les prestataires locaux.
  • Assurer la gestion des demandes de service liées aux véhicules, en collaboration avec l'équipe support.
  • Apporter un support client direct en cas de problème urgent (accidents, pannes, crevaisons).
  • Collaborer avec les ateliers de réparation, carrosseries et concessionnaires OEM pour garantir des services rapides, de qualité et à coûts maîtrisés.
  • Suivre et appuyer les démarches relatives aux sinistres d'assurance.

2. Service à la clientèle et support

  • Fournir un support client multicanal (en personne, téléphone, email) aux clients de l'agence Toronto, en construisant une relation de confiance et fidélisant la clientèle.
  • Assister l'équipe opérationnelle dans les livraisons, retours et autres demandes clients en tant que soutien polyvalent.
  • Former et accompagner l'équipe de support client sur les problématiques liées à la flotte.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus clients et travailler avec les équipes opérations et support pour les implémenter.

3. Analyse de données et administration

  • Utiliser les logiciels de gestion de flotte pour analyser l'utilisation des véhicules, la performance des réparations et les coûts.
  • Générer des rapports et recommandations pour optimiser les opérations de la flotte.
  • Traiter les factures liées à la flotte en collaboration avec l'assistant de bureau.
  • Maintenir à jour les dossiers clients dans notre CRM Salesforce.

4. Conformité réglementaire

  • Assurer la veille sur les règlements locaux, les incitatifs et exigences liés aux véhicules électriques et services de mobilité partagée.
  • Veiller au respect des obligations légales liées à l'immatriculation des véhicules (Service Ontario) et exigences pour les chauffeurs Uber à Toronto.

Votre profil

  • Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de flotte, logistique, ou dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur automobile ou mobilité partagée.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de flotte et CRM (Salesforce est un atout important).
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Vos qualités relationnelles et votre aisance communicationnelle vous permettent d'interagir efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs (clients, prestataires, équipes internes).
  • Vous êtes autonome, proactif·ve et aimez résoudre des problèmes complexes avec pragmatisme.
  • Une connaissance des véhicules électriques est un plus, mais non obligatoire.
