The MS Power Platform Developer uses Microsoft's tools to create effective solutions, handling everything from requirements and design to deployment and support. This position requires strong knowledge of the Power Platform and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Role responsibility

• Lead Power Platform implementations through all phases—including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy—achieving an average reduction in manual processing time by 30% across multiple business units.
• Facilitate cross-functional product design reviews, collaborating with business analysts, end users, and technical teams to deliver creative, practical solutions that improve user adoption and system effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps application and data architecture, designing scalable systems that support a 25% increase in data integration efficiency.
• Modify and maintain custom entities, dataflows, cloud automations, and APIs, resulting in enhanced system reliability and a measurable decrease in support incidents.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications to ensure alignment with evolving business needs, increasing user satisfaction as measured by positive feedback surveys.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other business systems and external data sources, streamlining workflows and reducing data entry errors.
• Design, develop, and maintain key components of new Dataverse and Power Platform solutions—including APIs, Power Apps (model-driven, canvas, custom pages, code app), and Copilot Studio AI agents—delivering projects ahead of schedule through effective teamwork with stakeholders.
• Improve and troubleshoot cloud flows, AI flows, and prompts, proactively analyzing and resolving errors to minimize production flow issues and ensure 99% uptime.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring all enhancements and new applications are clearly recorded for future reference and audit compliance.
