About the Role
Join a fast-growing B2B tech startup as a GTM Engineer Co-op and work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology. Architect and automate our revenue engine—owning data flows, campaign automation, ICP setup, and AI-driven outbound and inbound lead generation. You'll play a crucial role in our mission to match world-class talent to timely opportunities with precision, innovation, and scalable technology.
Core Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and operationalize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key target segments using data sources like Clay, Apollo, or alternatives to enrich prospect lists and segmentation.
- Build and maintain automated prospecting workflows and lifecycle campaigns using N8N and alternative automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or
- Set up and experiment with AI-powered email templates and BDR sequences for outreach using GenAI systems; run A/B and signal-based test cycles for optimization.
- Integrate third-party and internal workflows with the CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or ), automating enrichment, syncing, and data qualification.
- Deploy and manage agentic workflows and AI bots for chat, inbound lead qualification, automated follow-ups, and appointment booking.
- Establish ranking and scoring systems for prioritizing, researching, and qualifying opportunities using automated enrichment and product usage signals.
- Update and optimize website and landing pages for ICP - appropriate branding, conversion, and lead capture; coordinate with product and growth marketing teams.
- Track, report, and present campaign outcomes, including booked meetings, response rates, and inbound lead quality, showing tangible business impact.
- Iterate on new GTM experiments quickly and strategically, using market signals, analytics, and feedback loops to drive innovation and growth.
- Ensure compliance and best practices in data usage, privacy, and responsible AI integration for all GTM systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience or coursework in GTM, growth hacking, RevOps, or sales operations—ideally within B2B SaaS or startup environments.
- Hands-on with N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM setup and automation (ideally HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; ability to build custom fields, objects, and reporting is a plus).
- Familiarity with lead enrichment platforms (Clay, Apollo, People Data Labs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exposure to GenAI tools for campaign automation (e.g., GPT-4, Jasper, Persana AI), and experience with building/optimizing outbound sequences.
- Comfort with web technologies (Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS) for branding and lead gen.
- Data proficiency: can work with sales dashboards, analytics platforms, and draw actionable insights from campaign data.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, able to zoom out for GTM architecture and zoom in for workflow details.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally, including with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity to experiment, iterate, and adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship/project experience in B2B SaaS, startup, or growth engineering teams.
- Basic programming (Python, JavaScript) or low-code skills for workflow customization.
- Experience in deploying and reporting AI chatbots and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of modern sales/marketing metrics: pipeline velocity, CAC/LTV ratio, signal-based outreach, and dark funnel engagement.
- Interest in the latest trends (autonomous agents, usage-based lead scoring, viral referral loops).
