If building high-performing outbound infrastructure excites you — read on.What You'll OwnArchitect multi-channel outbound systems across LinkedIn + emailBuild sequencing frameworks using Expandi, Aimfox, Instantly, Smartlead, Dripify, Clay, Apollo, and moreDefine and operationalize ICPs for logistics segmentsBuild hyper-targeted lead lists using Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, scraping toolsEnrich, validate, and segment data for targeting accuracyTroubleshoot deliverability, inboxing, and workflow issuesMonitor KPIs (open rates, reply rates, positive responses) and optimize systemsDocument workflows and create scalable outbound playbooksManage a community of 100s of logistics professionals and run Q&As, webinars, and informational sessions.You're not entering a marketing seat — you're engineering the best outbound strategies for our users to capture their ideal client.Requirements2+ years in technical outbound, growth ops, or GTM engineering2+ years in sales copywriting for outbound LinkedIn and email campaignsHands-on mastery with outbound automation tools (Expandi, Aimfox, Instantly, Smartlead, Dripify, etc.)Strong background in list building, scraping, enrichment, segmentation, ICP creationAbility to build and troubleshoot multi-step automation workflowsExperience with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar platformsStrong analytical skills and KPI-driven optimization abilityComfortable in high-speed, high-accountability environmentsLogistics familiarity = bonusA-players only — this role requires precision, creativity, and execution.Success MetricsHigh-quality, accurate lead lists built at scaleSystems that generate consistent qualified interest & booked meetingsImproved deliverability, open rates & reply ratesReliable automation workflows with minimal errorsDocumented outbound frameworks that compound over timeOutbound visible → measurable → engineered for scale.ScheduleFull-time, flexible schedule. 9AM EST — 5PM EST.LocationHybrid (Must be GTA-based)WFH + Co-Working Space in Downtown TorontoCompensation$55,000–$65,000 base salaryThis role includesretention-based incentivestied to user retention.BenefitsFlexible PTO & company-wide holidaysHealth coverageAccess to premium training, masterminds, certificationsOpportunity to work with leading logistics + SaaS brandsPerformance > hours.
