Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in equipment repair, pool maintenance, and cleaning. As a Hot Tub Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that hot tubs are functioning properly and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and related equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Execute pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, balancing chemicals, and ensuring overall water quality.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their hot tub systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
  • Familiarity with pool maintenance practices, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
  • Previous experience as a service technician is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
