Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Store Manager for our Sarnia location. The ideal candidate will have:

You will receive comprehensive product training (internal and external) to grow your expertise in our industry-leading products, including hot tubs, outdoor cooking equipment, electric fireplaces, and accessories.
This is a full-time position based in Sarnia, with responsibilities extending to clients in the Sarnia-Lambton and surrounding areas. The role offers base pay plus commission.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $22/hour plus Attainable bonuses
- Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) after 3-month probation
- Pay plan reviewed after probation
- Daytime hours only – no late nights
Schedule
- Full-time: 5 days/week, including Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
- Closed Sundays
- Occasional after-hours for events and shows
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and close deals in-store and at events
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations
- Conduct inside sales activities: showroom assistance, follow-ups, and POS transactions
- Represent Porky's at shows and community events
- Support merchandising, social media marketing, and phone inquiries
- Manage inventory and stock organization using POS systems
- Assist with assembly, delivery, and troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Self-Starter: Motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to Learn: Keen to absorb product knowledge and communicate it clearly
- Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and follow instructions
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) and POS systems
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract (including large delivery vehicles)
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 150 lbs safely using provided equipment
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication
- Time Management: Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety protocols
- Basic Math Skills for installation and inventory tasks
- Positive Attitude & Team Player
- A passion for barbecues, hot tubs, and electric fireplaces
