As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
  • Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
  • Cook light meals or prepare snacks as requested by clients.
  • Communicate effectively in English; knowledge of French is a plus for interacting with diverse clientele.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Capability to handle various cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques or methods in cleaning practices is highly valued.
