Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to supporting our Human Resources department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.

· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

· Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

· Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

· Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

· Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

· Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.

· 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
