Position Summary
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at SPS Revenue Recovery, you'll be the operational backbone for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll partner directly with GTM leaders to deliver the insights, frameworks, and processes that shape the strategies and operations driving revenue growth.

If you're passionate about problem-solving, process design, and being the voice of Sales and CS in Ops, this role will give you true ownership and cross-functional visibility.

Key Responsibilites

  • Dashboards & Reporting: You'll build intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions. Regularly compile and present reports that offer valuable insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Metrics: Design and implement success metrics that align with our business goals and provide actionable insights. Become a subject matter expert of the metrics and data that exist in the Revenue Recovery business, and the most important gaps in our data we need to work to address.
  • Data-driven insights: Dive deep into data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Process design: Design and optimize processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction in the customer lifecycle.
  • Tech stack champion: Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack used by Sales and Customer Success, ensuring tools are up-to-date and meet business needs. Champion the use of Salesforce CRM within Revenue Recovery and contribute directly to the evolution of the CRM to meet the needs of the team and the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Servicing internal customers (leadership, sales, customer success, finance, marketing, etc) to help provide intelligence on the business, understand our processes, and take feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Set up, standardize, and constantly refine processes for maximum efficiency and scalability. You will foster a climate of innovation and continuous improvement, always seeking smarter, faster ways to deliver outstanding results. Your passion for tweaking and refining will set the beat for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or a similar function within a B2B SaaS environment. Bonus points for experience working with partnerships and customer success teams and process design and improvement
  • Analytical: Your analytical skills allow you to dissect complex data and turn it into actionable insights. You have experience with and passion for designing data structures, scalable reporting, and dashboards for revenue teams using standard data and BI applications, and a flair for telling a story with data. Experience with SQL, Lookr, and PowerBI are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating various software and tech tools, making you the go-to person for tech stack management. You have extensive experience with the use and continual improvements of a CRM implementation. Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier are a plus.
  • Systems thinker : You have a knack for seeing the bigger picture and understand how individual components interact to form a whole. You can foresee the downstream impacts of decisions made today and you use these to inform your approach on everything you work on. You understand when it's the right time to build fast and scrappy, or slow to scale, and how to balance these things to meet both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Decision-Making: You have a strong track record of making informed, timely decisions and driving a project to its completion. You are comfortable making the call to move things along quickly with less information than ideal. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and you have a track record of exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances
  • Expert relationship builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you are able to work effectively with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders and you know how to tailor your message to your audience in all mediums. People can't help but feel connected to you and you have a way of making people feel confident you're on their side and will do whatever it takes to do right by them.
  • Adaptable & Organized: You quickly absorb new tools, technologies, and processes, and put that knowledge into action to keep the team ahead of the curve. At the same time, your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring no detail is overlooked and workflows stay clear and structured.
