Product Marketing and Strategies Specialist - Hybrid

The Product Marketing and Strategies Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and Strategies. This position is responsible for managing launch schedules and planning and executing new product introduction activities. The Specialist will also generate ideas and develop action plans for strategic programs aimed at promoting sustained print volume among Canon's camera users.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading research on local camera and printer usage, turn insights into actionable programs, and drive cross-functional execution to grow print volume and customer retention.
- Owning program performance by defining KPIs, building dashboards, reviewing results monthly, analyzing sales impact and making improvements to boost ROI and conversion.
- Planning and executing product launch marketing across social, email, and community channels; managing content calendars, coordinating creative assets, and tracking performance to boost engagement and conversion.
- Creating training materials and presentations, and leading internal meetings to prepare teams for upcoming product launches.
- Adapting and localizing content developed by Canon Inc. and Canon USA for use in Canadian marketing channels.

- Executing short-term product launches by managing the launch calendar, leading weekly readiness reviews, resolving blockers, and reporting progress and risks to leadership.
- Refreshing showroom equipment and content by updating displays with new products and creating engaging materials that boost in-showroom interaction and demo conversion.
To Succeed, You Will Have
- Post-Secondary education in Business or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience of product marketing
- Effective time management and multitasking skills to balance multiple priorities to ensure that deadlines are met
- Strong analytical skills to apply data-driven insights and creative strategies to develop business growth opportunities
- Intermediate project and process management skills to support cross-functional initiatives
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas like VLOOKUP and PowerPoint to create clear impactful presentations
- Basic equipment operation skills to use Canon product offerings
