The role we are offering you:

Are you ready to:

• Always comply with workplace health and safety policies and rules

• Update several key documents

• Conduct health and safety audits

• Ensure compliance on ongoing projects and follow up as needed with the responsible parties

• Perform health and safety inspections on the plant floor

• Guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory health and safety requirements

• Support hardware and software deployment teams in preparing and organizing projects

• Advise and assist supervisors in their role as responsible parties

Our ideal candidate has:

• Computer skills (SharePoint would be an asset)

• Occupational health and safety expertise

• Known for your rigor and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Ability to build interpersonal relationships

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Education

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in labour relations, Health and safety or related field.

Location of the internship is in Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

• All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

• Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
