We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at a prominent hotel in . This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. Bilingual abilities and experience with hotel management systems are highly valued to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency during overnight shifts.

Duties

  • Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions and postings
  • Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit logs
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures during late hours, providing exceptional guest services
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls promptly, and provide relevant information or assistance
  • Maintain front desk operations overnight, including reservation management and room assignments
  • Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting safety checks
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests
  • Uphold hotel policies, phone etiquette standards, and guest relations protocols to foster a welcoming environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems (e.g., PMS software)
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting
  • Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
