Night Auditor/front Desk

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks related to front desk operations and financial reporting. **Responsibilities** - Perform nightly audits of all hotel accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy. - Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, including revenue and occupancy statistics. - Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. - Handle phone systems efficiently, ensuring proper phone etiquette while communicating with guests and staff. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. - Assist guests with any issues that may arise during their stay, providing solutions in a professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. - Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software "Opera" - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction. - Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes within the hospitality industry.
