Position Summary

We are hiring a Sales Associate to support customers in-store, online, and over the phone. The ideal candidate has experience with car detailing, an interest in modified and tuner vehicles, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, comfort with social media, and the ability to create simple product-focused content.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product assistance in person and by phone

Support customers in choosing detailing products based on their needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

Create basic social media content such as product photos or short videos

Assist with marketing efforts as needed

Participate in occasional events, pop-ups, or car meets

Process sales transactions accurately

Answer customer inquiries through email, messaging platforms, and social media

Support daily shop operations as assigned

Qualifications

Interest in car detailing and familiarity with automotive care practices

General understanding of modified, tuner, or enthusiast vehicles is an asset

Strong communication skills in person, online, and by phone

Ability to create simple, clean product content for social media

Experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Reliable, organized, and able to work in a professional environment

Comfortable learning product knowledge and explaining it to customers

Able to work with a positive attitude and consistent professionalism
