We're looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented Host/Hostess to be the face of our restaurant. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests — greeting them with warmth, managing reservations, and ensuring their dining experience begins and ends smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station.
  • Assist with phone inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and resort.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
