At the same time, we help advisors, accounting firms, banks and PE funds source and qualify better off-market opportunities.

We recently closed our Seed round with Luge Capital, alongside existing investors like Inovia Capital and a group of top angels. We are part of Google for Startups and Cohere for Startups. We have real customers, strong momentum, and we are just getting started.

You will work directly with our CEO, a 3x founder with multiple exits, including an AI company sold to a global private equity firm. This is a founding role. You will be the person building our growth engine.

The role

We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own growth across the entire funnel, from first touch to revenue, for two core audiences:

  • Business owners using our freemium Exit Snapshot and self-serve tools
  • Advisors and institutions: M&A and corporate finance advisors, accounting firms, banks and PE funds

You will design the strategy, run the experiments, manage budgets, build the content and eventually build the team.
This is a career-defining role for someone who wants to join right at the inflection point and grow into a VP-level leader as we scale.

What you will do

Product-led growth

  • Own the PLG funnel: acquisition, activation, onboarding and paywall conversion for business owners
  • Launch experiments inside the product to drive usage, virality and upgrades
  • Work closely with product and data to identify the moments that matter and instrument them

Demand generation

  • Build a repeatable system for advisor and enterprise pipeline
  • Run and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube, plus experiments in new channels
  • Own CAC, LTV and pipeline metrics, and continuously improve them

Content, YouTube and Exit Academy

  • Turn Optionality into the go-to brand for exit planning content
  • Manage freelancers and partners to build our Exit Academy: videos, playbooks, email courses, templates
  • Build an ecosystem of content creators and partners for SEO, long form content, founder-led content and case studies
  • Launch and grow a YouTube channel that educates business owners and converts them into users

Lifecycle and email

  • Design and launch lifecycle flows for business owners, from free to paid and from inactive to engaged
  • Build advisor sequences from trial to conversion to retention and expansion
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, timing and offers

Analytics and Revops

  • Own the growth dashboards and experimentation framework
  • Set clear targets, run A/B tests, and report weekly on what is working, what is not, and what you are trying next

Team building

  • Hire and mentor specialists in content, ops, paid and product growth when the time is right
  • Bring in top talent from your network and help shape the culture of the growth team

What you bring

  • 6 to 12 years in growth, demand generation or performance marketing for B2B SaaS
  • Experience helping a startup go from Seed to Series A or similar stage inflection
  • Strong PLG fundamentals: activation, onboarding, self-serve monetization
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition and agency or freelancer management
  • Strong instincts for content, email, SEO and ideally YouTube
  • Comfortable moving from strategy to execution in the same week
  • Able to work directly with a founder CEO, iterate fast and push back when needed
  • Experience selling SaaS or data products into financial institutions, accounting firms or professional services is a strong plus
  • B2B fintech or data / intelligence background is a plus
  • French and English is a plus, not a blocker

What success looks like in 12 months

  • You have identified 2 or 3 reliable acquisition channels for business owners with healthy unit economics
  • You have built a predictable pipeline of advisors and institutions for the sales team
  • You own a simple, clear growth model that lets us plan and invest with confidence
  • You have hired at least one or two people into your team and are operating as a true Head of Growth (on the way to VP)
