We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation, customer service, and overall restaurant performance. Your ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests is crucial to our success.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage POS systems, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff in areas such as food handling, customer service, and hospitality.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Develop schedules and manage team performance to optimize service efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is an advantage.

Pay: $41,326.42-$71,037.84 per year
