Role Description

Desi Bar & Grill is hiring a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager based in Toronto, ON. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and uphold food and beverage standards. Additional responsibilities include staff training, monitoring inventory, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Proven abilities in recruitment and efficient Hiring practices
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written Communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage industry operations
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
